Community Solutions + Leadership Development

Community Solutions + Leadership Development

is a workshop series designed to enhance community engagement among artists, cultural workers, and leaders. It aims to connect emerging and experienced individuals in the arts and culture sector.

The series features monthly sessions throughout 2025, divided into "Community Solutions" and "Leadership Development" sessions.

We are also pleased to offer two networking face-to-face options, in downtown Montreal. Join us!

Who It's For:

The workshops are open to artists, cultural workers, and leaders at all stages of their careers, including those in executive or managerial roles.

Each monthly session consists of two one-hour segments:

  • Community Solutions: All participants share experiences, offer advice, and collaborate on solutions to sector challenges.

  • Leadership Development: Experienced leaders mentor emerging leaders.

Each session is 2 hours long.

Join the “Community Solutions + Leadership Development” workshop series to foster community engagement among artists and cultural workers and connect emerging and experienced artists to strengthen the sector.

This project was made possible with the support of the English Language Arts Network’s Trellis Micro-grant project. The Trellis Micro-grant project, funded by The Department of Canadian Heritage’s Official Languages Support Programs, seeks to highlight English-language Arts and Artists to make them visible to a broader community, and build bridges between Québec’s English-speaking minority and Francophone majority.
